CREATIVE LIFE DESIGN

A structured process to help you understand where you are, what you really want, and how to start moving toward it.A 3-month one-on-one process for people who feel stuck, know they want something different, but don't know where to start.Explore → Understand → Decide → Act → Move

Maybe this is happening to you

Maybe you feel like something needs to change. You have ideas. You know you don't want to keep living exactly the way you are.You might want to change careers, start a project, move somewhere new, create something, or simply feel more connected to your everyday life. But somehow, you remain stuck. You think about it.You plan. You question yourself. You get scared. And then another week goes by.Maybe the problem isn't that you don't have enough ambition.

Maybe you haven't had the space or the tools to understand what you actually want — and how to turn that understanding into action.

WHAT IS CREATIVE LIFE DESIGN?

A method, not a magic formula.Creative Life Design is a three-month, one-on-one process designed to help you explore your life, understand what matters to you, identify contradictions between what you want and how you're currently living, and turn those discoveries into concrete actions. The method draws from my background in audiovisual production, creative coaching and teaching. We use structured exercises, writing, reflection, analysis, research, planning and experimentation. This is not about positive thinking. It's not about manifesting your ideal life. It's not about someone else telling you what you should do.And it's not about imagining a perfect future and trying to force your current life to fit it.It's about working with your actual life and creating movement from there.

the method

01 — AWARENESS
Understand your discomfort.
We begin by looking at the situations, people and events that make you feel uncomfortable, frustrated, anxious, excited or strangely drawn toward something.Your discomfort can contain information. We learn how to read it.02 — DECISION
Choose what you're ready to explore.
Understanding that something needs to change is not the same as deciding to do something about it.This stage is about making a real commitment to the process and identifying what you want to start working toward.03 — EXPLORATION
Get to know yourself without judgment.
We explore your thoughts, feelings, needs, values, desires and patterns. We use your real experiences as material. You don't need to arrive knowing who you are. That's what we're here to explore.04 — IDENTITY
Imagine a different way of being.
What would your life look like if your everyday actions reflected what actually matters to you?We explore possible identities, environments, routines and ways of living. Not as fantasy. As possibilities to investigate.05 — COHERENCE
Connect who you are with what you do.
We look at the relationship between your values, goals, projects and everyday actions.Where are they aligned?Where aren't they? What contradictions are keeping you stuck?Clarity becomes useful when it can influence the way you live.06 — ACTION
Turn insight into something you can actually do.
We break bigger goals into objectives, actions and smaller steps. The question isn't:"What would my perfect life look like?"It's:"What can I realistically do with the life I have today?"07 — MOVEMENT
Build change through sustainable action.
You don't need to transform your entire life overnight.Small, coherent actions repeated over time can create significant change. The goal isn't perfection. The goal is movement.

HOW IT WORKS

3 months · 12 individual sessionsOne session per week. Each session combines conversation, structured exercises and personalized exploration.Between sessions, you'll continue working independently through exercises, reflection, research and small actions. The process adapts to each person. You won't follow a rigid program designed for everyone.Your experiences, needs, context and goals determine what we explore and where we go deeper.

what you will build

i am belu luna

I'm an audiovisual producer, scriptwriter, Spanish teacher and creative facilitator.Throughout my career, I've worked across different disciplines that might seem unrelated at first:production · storytelling · education · creativity · communicationBut they all taught me something similar:How to take an idea, investigate it, give it structure, work through uncertainty and turn it into something real.Creative Life Design grew out of that experience.I created this method because I believe creativity isn't limited to art or professional projects.Creativity can also be a way of approaching your own life. Not by inventing a perfect version of yourself. But by exploring possibilities, making conscious decisions and creating practical ways to move toward the life you actually want.
